I tried something similar and it's the most relaxing experience ever, but I would never be able to talk in the meanwhile because as soon as someone massages my hair I fall asleep. 😂 But really, if you can find a good professional around you that makes this treatment, give it a try, it worths it!

First person to acknowledge India.And Ayurveda..in India it's a culture to get massages body and head.Every Sunday my mum would massage my scalp with mustard oil..v sharp,v pungent..tears would roll down but 45 mins later if be freed..had to keep it on thru the week though and the thickness and shine were unimaginable .As years went by I rebelled by not oiling or massaging oil.. any oil..I'm balding now.😢😢

I dont know about this treatment but yes it is quite hot. It wont really burn you but you can feel it. Just feels like really hot shower except it gets cold fast as it is just steam
