I love the green tea leave in. It smells so good to me. I think I've only tried that and the mask from this line. Your hair came out cute, super defined, and we all know the shrinkage is real, so I kinda wish the gel had more of a hold and more elongating.

Uncle Funky's Daughter has a great gel for my 4b/c hair. It reminds me of the Camille Rose, but not flaky (until after like 4 or 5 days) and with instant definition.

Hair buttercream and leave in are 💯 but the gel literally had NO HOLD when I tried it 👏🏾 maybe I should of added a FEW pumps and did the shingling method like you did.

Yeah. Finger coils would give me extremely tight curls and soooo much shrinkage. With coils you twirl your hair around your finger over and over from root til u reach the end. I dont like doing them because its a pain to wash and detangle.
