I think it's so cool that there is a nonsurgical procedure that lets you try out the look of a nose job without making a permanent change. Courtney is really beautiful and you can tell she is an absolute sweetheart. Good for her for doing something for herself. Moms need to remember they are people too, and they deserve to treat themselves as much as anyone does, probably more.
@madspadilla23533 жыл бұрын
I got one of these non surgical nose jobs with filler in my nose to straighten it and make it less pointy and make it turn downward less. I’ll probably never do it again because it took almost six months for the swelling to go completely down (I was really out here looking like squidward for several months) and then I was happy with how it looked for only about 3-4 months before I realized the filler was starting to drift. Now at its worst the filler has drifted to the tip of my nose and makes it seem very long, bulbous, and pointy. I need to get it dissolved. Just a warning for anyone wanting this procedure, there is swelling and the filler does drift and often after drifting makes your nose look way worse than what it started as due to gravity.
@kokom47103 жыл бұрын
probably went to a bad doctor. there should not be any swelling to the nose a week after the procedure is done. maybe you could be allergic to the filler or some sort. that shouldn't happen. And as for the filler drifting, it does happen but I am not sure what filler you got but it should have not drifted away that fast. A nonsurgical nose job is actually quite effective, and I am sorry that happened to you.
@LoLFilmStudios3 жыл бұрын
@@kokom4710 are you a medical professional because they’re many factors that could affect the outcome. There is always a risk, just don’t do it if you’re not ready for it. She looked as attractive before as she did after.
@madspadilla23533 жыл бұрын
@@kokom4710 my best friend who does this for a living informed me before I did the procedure that it is very normal to have some degree of swelling (not drastic, but some) for up to 6 months after the procedure. Mine just happened to feel a bit more drastic because my nose was very thin before. The filler also widened my nose without swelling because it was used to make the front straight, resulting in a wider bridge that looked swollen to me in comparison to my “old nose”. Edit: hope that makes sense lol I worded it kind of poorly.
@madspadilla23533 жыл бұрын
@@kokom4710 also to add, I got one of the most expensive and long lasting fillers that is supposed to last up to 2 years. I regret that decision only because when you do get a long lasting filler that is not going to dissolve in a year or so, you are more prone to having it “drift”. So to anyone considering this procedure I would recommend getting a filler that doesn’t last as long and then just getting it redone once a year so you have less of an opportunity for the filler to move in the time before it dissolves naturally (:

What they don't tell you is that whenever you want to get an actual surgical nose job it will not only make it more expensive (because they have to remove and clean the filler taking more time in surgery) but the surgeons won't guarantee any great results because removing fillers is hard and sometimes they can't remove everything. If fillers are your only option then go ahead but if you are thinking about having surgery in the long run just save up for the surgery.

It can make a significant change on your nose Cons 1. I think once you do it you become used to it and after a few months your body absorbs it so you have to do the procedure all over again (i would usually get it done every 3 months) 2. it is a bit painful, and it feels uncomfortable, i got a bit swollen for a few days and then it went away 3. If you do it for a significant amount of time you might notice your nose getting a bit wider If you think this is the best thing for you i totally suggest you do it!! especially with a professional ps: you are beautiful and whatever you feel looks best on you do it!

I got a nsnj in October 2020 and it just has fully dissolved now. I loved it sooo much, it’s really freaky how technically your nose is bigger and filled but it looks smaller because it’s straight. And don’t get me started on the lifted tip😭 I felt like a whole new person. I’m not desperate to do it again any time soon but I’ve definitely been thinking about if I should, or if I should save for an actual nose job, or do nothing at all.

I got surgery 15 years ago and it was super painful for a good decade. The results were far from what I wanted. Do some research before you make up your mind. I'm going to try fillers next as I'm not willing to go thru surgery again. It sux not having a perfect nose from birth (especially when your sister and mother do, like mine).
@AlexandraZe3 жыл бұрын
I actually think that it's not necessarily the nose, but more the lips. I am a portrait artist and I guess that I study faces so much that I see features in a certain way. I honestly think that a bit of filler in the lips (not overly done, just a bit to make them more protruding from the profile) would actually make her nose look smaller. And with a bit of nose contouring also, it would all look a lot more proportionate. But as her sweet mom in law says, she doesn't actually "need" anything done, but in case she wants a more visible change, that's what I would suggest.

I hate the nose-job hate argument that "you're showing your kids that that nose is ugly and they'll hate themself." First, not everybody wants to have kids. Second, let's stop pretending like you genuinely care about that person's kid's self-esteem. Third, moms deserve to be happy and feel confident in their skin too

A: this is a case where she does in fact have kids, B: it’s straw manning and a poor argument to assume that the people who disagree with you secretly don’t even hold their own position and deep down agree with you, and it’s especially shallow to assume people who disagree with you automatically don’t have empathy for the people they’re arguing on behalf of, C: yes, I agree, this is a complex argument with no clear answer! I’m happy she feels so much better about herself after the procedure and I support her decision, but people are allowed to have complex opinions

Unfortunately this stuff doesn’t stay where you put it and diffuses across the face. It also stays in the face much longer than doctors previously thought so getting touch ups after it diffuses will just make your face puffier and puffier over time

Filler will move into different places near her nose and after a while in will look swollen. The filter will not dissolve, it will move. If it is incorrectly done(which i don't know), there is a possibility of filter getting inside of an artery that goes to the eyes aaand that may result in blinding sooo yeee filterr yeeyyy

@ping05183 жыл бұрын
@@andreagf101 hi! I tried to find what search keywords I had back then.. I saw it 2 years ago when I was deciding for a nose job... I remember it was written in native korean language and unfortunately I couldn't find it. But I do remember him saying that "this is what plastic surgeons don't tell you-- no matter what they use for those fillers they don't really "dissolve" and get absorbed by your body." I remember him explaining about how (when it gets "absorbed") it sticks on your bones/cartilage so some of it may be hard to get out of your body. I forgot what name of nose surgery or if it was a non-invasive approach but I remember him saying it was banned in Korea nowadays. He encourages people to really know the pros and cons on what fillers you use and keep asking doctors about the long term effect it does. At the end of the day it'll always be your decision... I got silicone ones for my rhinoplasty and sadly my body rejected it... so I had to take it out of my body. I'm just glad it didn't poke out of my skin or turned my nose turned black. My nose is back BUT it did leave something behind... my nose has somehow changed a bit like now it has a bit more bridge into it even with the silicone taken off. The experience was both good and bad. I learned a lot. I don't think I'll ever have my nosed touched again in the future.

that is absolute true, if you ever want to change your nose, rhinoplasty would be the best but in her case she wanted it pretty soon. if you do get a non-surgical nose job, a good doctor and spending a couple hundred more is very worth it.

Guys if you plan to have a rhinoplasty at some point of your life don't do this procedure. It creates fibrosis which is scarring underneath the tissue. You may not see it and it's not necessarily bad but doctors notice it and they will elevate the price for a rhinoplasty a lot. If money is not a problem for you then go for it, I'm just trying to save you some $$$

@karinesavard20162 жыл бұрын
Yep, it happens, the body wants to get rid of it and can start to encapsulate it. A bulge will form and can calcify over time. They can surgically remove it but the nose can't handle too many procedures as it is mostly soft tissue.

My issue with a liquid nose job is that it is not really a great solution for people who require a surgical rhinoplasty, which in my opinion this girl Courtney, did. Filler is great for camouflaging minor flaws like evening out small dorsal humps and making the septum appear more symmetrical (for these issues I agree it's like a little miracle). But in cases like this where there is a substantial dorsal hump (and also a lower face deficiency), the end result is a larger, elongated nose. At the end of the day it's the patient's choice, and she seemed happy with it so this is all moot.
