GAN releases 1 cube with 1296 settings and MoYu releases what feels like 1296 cubes with few settings 🤔PS: What a cool shot at the end, that cheers sign looks dope!

i think cubes should have limited settings on them, having too many setting will take tons of time to figure out your fav, but having too less would not be cool, so maybe ill stick to my super rs3m bc

Have two Gan 12 ui Freeplays and they are great for my needs. Great "connected" cubes with the performance of a speed cube. I think the Tornado V3 Pioneer edition is the way to go if you dont care about the connectivity as I have not seen a negative comment about this cube yet, and believe me, I looked everywhere. The Tornado V3 seems to be universally loved by everyone.

I main a Gan 14, and I use 1 for centre travel, 4 or 5 for maglev, and maxed out magnets. I agree that the loosest maglev and travel settings make no sense. And the cube pops at loose center travel, for crying out loud. I main it but I don't recommend it because of the price and popping. Also, I figured out my settings pretty quickly. It doesn't make sense to go through all of them (although I totally get the idea of making a video about it). You just find a center travel that's ok, then play with maglev and magnets, and voila.

It makes sense why the cube felt loose on centre travel 6 because with centre travel on gan cubes the lowest number is always the tightest setting lol

@@NobleCubes Yeah it’s my main annoyance at GAN, because the tension IS the other way around, 1 is loosest, 6 is tightest. It only makes sense from a grammatical perspective as a smaller number corresponds to a smaller distance from the centre to the core but also same could be said for the spring or maglev tension, going by that same logic a smaller number for tension should correspond to a smaller distance between the magnets or a spring compressed to a smaller size

I want to copy my settings from yiheng wang and they are on gans site but they describe it as hand-feel settings and just show jist a random number for every pro gan gurus cuber like tymon, yiheng, ruihang etc. For yiheng it is hand feel setting 1133 i want to try taht but pls if someone knows pls explain to me what that 1133 means.

I got 2 of these to pawn off on students because they're not good. I'm sticking with the 12. I also dumped my 13. Glad I teach cubing or I'd be stuck with every cube I buy.
