There are so many different variations of intermittent fasting out there. The most common ones are 14/10, 16/8, 18/6, 20/4, and a full 24-hour day of fasting. I wanted to try intermittent fasting for 7 days so I decided that I would try all of them, starting with the 14/10 and ending with a full day 24 hour fast!
