Your weight loss journey has been so inspiring and you look amazing! I am always trying to lose weight, but I've actually gained 10 pounds since last summer and I'm super bummed. I always eat healthy but I eat too much. It's an ongoing battle. I'm just wondering- when you eat something like a hoagie, is that all you eat all day? (sorry, not trying to make something like a hoagie "bad" but hopefully you know what i mean.) I am thinking of trying a new method where I eat what I want, but much less of it. If I want something like pizza, a cheeseburger, or a hoagie- that's all I'll eat for the day. Instead of like 1,900-2,000 cals of healthy food. Maybe like 1,000 cals of something not as healthy, but more filling? I'm just wondering if that's what you've done/ what you recommend? Sorry I hope this made sense!! Xo
