One thing I don't like about LCS is that it has the same ceiling height as VC. However the buildings are much taller than VC so it doesn't fits the city.

I don't know what year the Cheat was released but If only there was a cheat like this back in 2011 it would be fun, but thinking back when I was still in high school I had a lot of fun just driving around in Liberty City and Vice City listening to Lazlow's radio channel (I forgot sorry), I made a separate Save File with Cheats and without Cheats, when messing with the Police (w/o cheats) it's like a survival game, FIB with their SMG will shred my armor and health. Good ol' days~ *Not GTA related:* I would also bring my PSP in class and play Monster Hunter Portable 3rd with my classmate, we all reached the highest G-rank together, and then at home with my friends we would play Monster Hunter Portable 3rd (using my 2nd character) and Gods Eater Burst and also reached the highest Rank there, I can still remember the Bullet that I crafted there and how OP it was, all of my SP enough to make any boss HP to Half or less than Half HP. I really miss those PSP days, I had so much fun!

he on ppsspp to make it clear u can change res to high in ppsspp emulator to like 6x or 10x and upscale level to 3x or 5x
