Damn I remember I used to explore this out of bounds underworld way back when I was a kid. There are random holes in the ocean that can allow you access if u use cars drive on water cheat. So much fun

i teleported abroad, where the boats stop and the helicopters turn around and there was some kind of bug and because of it I walked on the water, I walked into the distance for about more than a minute and reached the border where the water becomes invisible and I went a little forward there and the bug disappeared and I died, and there the character was invisible

I remember i am driving a rhino tank with "cars can drive on water" cheat & get chased by a police helicopter along the way to upstate liberty location from gta 3 a few years ago becuz i get 6 wanted level stars before driving the tank to the waters What a bad idea😂 13:18 haha,toni became a "ghost rider"

While I agree, they probably didn't want to alter the map too much since it's a game made for PSP. Gotta keep that file size small. Also they can't change it *too* much since it's pre GTA III timeline wise.
