I am out once again on a quest to find the best biryani in Delhi. This 2-day adventure of mine takes me to the biryani brands that we all love and also to some hidden and unexplored gems of Delhi. I thoroughly enjoyed my two-day expedition and hope you get the same joy after watching this video.

0:55 , Biryani is always prepared in layers, with at least one layer dedicated to meat or vegetables and another one for fried onions. While in the case of a pulao, the veggies, meat and rice are sauteed together, and then cooked in a predetermined quantity of water. There is no layering involved.

I tried 2brand veg biryani behrouz vs biryani by kilo but the taste of biryani by kilo was best as compare to behrouz ..at the end of behrouz biryani taste like pulaao but bi kilo biryani taste was awesome so big sizes of beans , carrot nd fresh ingredients enhance the taste of biryani good . Nd this brand prepared dum on the time after you ordered...but behrouz prepared biryani undefined time ....
