Deep sleep is SO hard for me to achieve. No matter how I try. I eat healthy, I exercise, I am not overweight (well… a little), I do sleep long, just the DeepSleep is always in red. When I get 2 hours - it is the achievement of the year (I track with iPhone and Apple Watch only, but thinking about the Whoop). I get nights when I get zero deep sleep, 15 minutes. Such a struggle! So happy to see that people actually manage to get to 4 (four!!!) hours. You are overachievers! Way to go!

Wow! You and Jesse have become true LIFE COACHES to say the least. I sincerely mean that because I experience it and if I know of anyone doing Blueprint and they feel they might go off the rails then I will send them here because you guys will keep a unicycle that's missing a wheel on track.

Dr. Michael Greger says that studies show that eating early in the day has positive effects, but having the eating window late in the day has negative effects. Glad you are changing. It will help Jessie a lot with weight loss, too.

Jesse looks so healthy and you look so strong! I’m wondering how your cycle affects your weeks? Maybe TMI but some weeks our hormones are naturally lower than others. Rooting for you both! And hoping you have some awesome rewards in store for working so hard.

I take it easy when I'm feeling low energy - I generally don't want to work out but I find if I incorporate some movement it actually makes me feel better overall. So instead of HIIT I might do an incline walk for 20 min, so reduced intensity but I'm still moving.

Keeping busy at night has mainly looked like hanging out with friends at home or in nature. I’m ok with them eating or drinking around me, they just know that I won’t be.

You have inspired me to do this challenge. Now that he doesn't drink green giant what would you do if you were starting now? Also, i think I could give up everything for 90 days except 10 oz of coffee with cream in the morning.

Amazing! If I were to do this now, I would follow the website as it's currently laid out - and for the collagen, creatine, and protein powder I'd drink put those items together as a pre-workout drink (they taste great together because of the protein powder!). As for the coffee - if that works for you no need to give it up, unless you want to :)

Great question! I’m not eating the third meal anymore because it led me to overeat (I only need 1.5-1.7k calories) but Jesse still is (he needs about 2.7k calories) since he needs it.

It is great, thank you for sharing. But if I were Jessy, I would check with a dermatologist if he could do sauna. Because from my side of the screen it looks like he’s got a redness prone skin? Just to be on a safe side.

Aw, thanks for your care 😊. I’m being quite careful with the calorie restriction part since it can be hard on the body, especially for people with periods. My current take is I eat a bit extra when I need it (sweet potato, seeds, etc) since I aim to really listen to my body rather than strict adherence for adherence sake. So far so good! At the end of the day for me it’s all about developing a healthy and loving relationship with my body. And that requires lots of listening and adjusting as I go ❤️

Hey guys, I might have missed it but have you being doing blood work like before it all started and maybe once a month or so after that? I was curious about this vid's thumbnail showing you at 9am and at 1pm drinking a blue colored drink and looking a little tired? Keep rolling... it is all downhill from here... last lap and all that jazz. 🏃‍♀

Great question! We did blood work in the beginning and will do it again at the 90 day mark. The blue liquid is just meant to be water! The thumbnail is suppose to show me eating early, but not eating (just water) at 1pm which is a bit challenging to do (hence the somber face!)

@@sierra-clark That was an early 1st meal? I am guessing that change to fewer overall calories takes time to adjust to and you might be getting too small. I think you should contact Katie ("First Woman to do Blueprint") she works w/Bryan because you might have been on it a little longer than her.
