I know nothing about Buddhism, so I learned everything I could about its teachings, then lived it out for a week. It totally exceeded my expectations and made me a happier, more confident person.
Along the way I learned from some of Buddhism’s greatest teachers like The Dalai Lama and Thich Nhat Hanh. I practiced a bunch of different types of meditations like mindfulness, walking, and loving kindness. I read books, watched lectures, and studied the Buddha’s sutras. And although I’m not enlightened or anything, I grew a ton in the process.
If you’re into meditation or just want to be a happier person, I’d highly recommend learning more about Buddhism.
