Bro normally lightshot is not required we can always do Windows + Shift +S to capture any area of your screen and paste anywhere using Ctrl +V similar like lightshot. 😇 just FYI.

Actually it's a better option to build a desktop around 15k with previous gen parts 6th -7th gen intel 8gb ram 4k motherboard and 5 k monitor. Around 15-17k Indian rupees.

dude i still remember i used to code on like 30k acer laptop that was like 18 years old.. Like it had better specs than this but not by a lot. i3 2nd gen, 512gb hdd..it had 2gb ram but later i upgraded it to 4gb..like it used to hang a lot and the android studio crashing is literally nostalgic...then i got M1 Macbook air and like, the experience and the overall productivity was like 100x

Go for old laptops, my friend bought a used laptop with i7 5th gen for about 25K with 256Gb SSD, 8gb ram, much much faster than anything new being offered till 45K, it is heavy and hot but that's the compromise, display is also very good compared to new budget laptops

A windows laptop with similar price to macbook air in india runs better than a macbook and offers better functionality except battery life and laptops in range of 30-40k are pretty good available for a general student My first laptop was worth 34k hp 4th gen i3, 4gb ram 512 hdd, i upgraded ram to 8 mysef and it lasted me over 7 yrs, now i have a dell 2in 1 70k 11gen i5 , 8 bg ram 512 ssd, i upgraded ram to 16 gb myself and works like a charm

Try to do a clean install of Endeavour OS XFCE edition on this laptop...And then run Android Studio.. You will see massive difference. It's much lightweight os than windows and Ubuntu. I use Ubuntu on newer machine and Endeavour OS on extremely old machine. Only problem would be initial setup of ide via command line.

windows11 is a bit heavy as it takes 24 gb almost, so windows 10 will be helping a lot for lowend pcs I wont recommend windows 7 cuz of less features, but windows 10 and 11 are mostly similar, so you may go for it.

My processor has 1.1 ghz base speed and 4 cores and 4gb RAM. I had 1 TB HDD. My laptop bootup time was 7 mins extremely slow and then to open chrome it would take more 3 mins . Total 10 mins would go to waste. But yesterday I upgraded to SSD and damn boi my laptop bootups in 12 secs currently and the chrome opens instantly on single click . If your laptop is slow as hell but U use laptop for light coding and general usage upgrade to SSD.

Ubuntu is a linux based os. Not a unix based os. But I like the idea of using linux in windows without installing the full os. But using the full os is better then windows. With my 5 years of windows and 6 month of linux. Linux is better for programmers.
