I met one of my favorite work Leads at Cocina Cucamonga, She was determined to become a chef at Disney. She finally succeeded early 2022, right before I left. Fun fact- I went to a top culinary school, and Disney actively recruited from my school along with other well-known ones. Landing a Disney internship was a big honor and highly competitive- they take their culinary program very seriously and invest wayyy more than I think people realize. From thorough research & development for each & every menu item, hiring top talent from top schools, and truly holding their kitchens to high standards (cleanliness, quality, and consistency among other things)...it's definitely nothing like other theme park food

I think being this consistent at this scale is impressive. Disney has money to burn. But I don't think the food is good. A lot of it sits out or has a crappy texture. Galactic Grill has the worst hamburgers on earth. I was surprised that Josh didn't eat anything from Tomorrowland but his tastebuds thanked him. River Belle Terrace is always good.
