Boursin rep here! I worked on launching the French Onion Cheeseburger with A&W and unfortunately it was only available at “Base Brand” locations i.e places that are an A&W only and not connected to a Long John Silver or KFC, roughly 200 of 400 locations nationwide. But thanks for the love! 💚 Sorry you missed out this time around, but don’t be surprised if you see this item back again in the future; amazing reviews and performance!

Opportunity to help the company do better here - free feedback! 😁 It would probably be a good idea to inform all staff at all locations about promo items, so then they can advise customers properly rather than coming off seeming very confused like these poor staff did. The customer shouldn't be expected to know or care about marketing strategy, just why they can't get the tasty item they saw at "that place". I agree with what you’re saying but these are service businesses. They’re there to give food for money. It is an “I will give you how ever much money for that burger” so we should say thank you at the end but it’s like the cashier saying “can I get the money?” It’s needed in the process. You say what you want. You give them what you owe. Say thank you

If you want good Culver’s you have to get it in the upper Midwest where it came from. Anywhere else is sub-par.

Gonna have to be more specific 'cause I live in the upper Midwest and have had Culver's at multiple locations multiple times and they're all bad. Bland and overly greasy, stingy with condiments. Makes me not understand the hype. (I like the custard, though.)

If you have to travel to a specific region of the US just to get acceptable food from a chain, that means the chain isn't worth a damn. Any chain is only as strong as it's weakest link.
@blairhoughton79183 ай бұрын
Culver's is honestly pretty good. Except the only thing that they were exceptional at was the pork tenderloin sandwich. And it used to be fucking fire. But they changed it and now it's dry and thick and chewy. I want the old tender thin beautiful one back. Their root beer is unusual but delicious, also.

The Cow in Edmond oder Oklahoma City! Die sind super! "Freddies" ist fantastisch!
