This was made in story mode nothing to do with online what are you guys on about, you can use mods in story mode. Ifyou used these in online you would get hwid banned instantly, buthalf of these you cant use in online because they require scripthook

Battleye don’t work been using 2take1 with a bypass for 2 weeks now no bans and this isn’t online it’s story mode he hasn’t got a asi loader to load them online stand which is open source now has one and 2take1 only way to get these gameplay mods online real manufacturers etc
