2:09 Those are tasty, but the Cheddar & Broccoli is the best of the rice mixes. 2:45 Sidekicks have been a staple in my cupboard for decades, and while the Bacon Carbonara is lower in my rankings now, I ate literally hundreds of them back in the day. 3:08 Garlic Raffaello is arguably my favourite, since I tend to mix most of the others with meat, cheese, and vegetables. This is an amazing stand-alone pasta dish. 3:17 Chicken Fusilli is decent, but mostly has that chicken noodle soup flavour like the Harvest Chicken rice. 3:44 Homestyle Cheddar is much like an improved-upon Kraft Dinner. Standard mac & cheese the really needs other stuff added to it. 4:42 Creamy Parmesan are quite tasty on their own, and make a great base for many "kind-of-casseroles". 5:38 Butter & Herb was one of the original flavours (long before the rice mixes came out), and it's an awesome comfort food. Nothing fancy, just a smooth unassuming flavour that I can eat even when I'm sick and don't feel like eating (I'm not really a soup guy). Also, it's arguably the most versatile base. Your reaction to it is correct.👍 6:18 The "Menu Flavours" Asian-style noodles varieties aren't particularly well-executed. Very salty and kind of a flavourless heat. 7:17 Chicken and Broccoli, like all the chicken varieties in this line, is just chicken noodle soup without the broth and chicken. 8:15 Fettuccine Alfredo are fairly tasty, make a good base for some dishes, but I have to be in the mood for them (unlike several others that I can eat anytime). Also, the packaging is just different because it's newer stock (the layout changed a while back). 9:19 Chicken is one of my least favourite, just another chicken noodle soup knock-off. They also used to make a few kinds of spaghetti years ago (a couple of which were delicious), but those seem to have disappeared. Great video (not that anyone possibly read this far). The Butter & Herbs Rice sounds so good. We don' t have that. In Germany we also have the sidekicks, but called "Spaghetteria", "Active" and "Hüttenschmaus", but we have other sorts, that are all more commonly. No rice for example and I think, asian style we can only get from Maggi. But the Active-Range is with veggies and recently Knorr offered some with lentils. To be honest, I never tried any, but now I also should give them a chance :D

I love Knorr dehydrated soup. Its actually so cheap and incredibly good! If you put the bowl in front of me I would be shocked to know its actually a 2$ powder. Absolutely one of my favorite is the mushroom soup.

The Fettuccini Alfredo is a white regular pasta and a green spinach pasta. They also used to have tri-colour Alfredo with a red tomato pasta noodle, that one was a family favourite.

Omg I used to eat those all the time. the fettucini ones a lot. brings me back to my late teens/early 20s being drunk late at night and making them quick af lol. I miss them :( there's only 1 I know of that i can eat now that i'm vegan, it's the Spanish Rice flavor (it's rice mixed with pasta). Tastes pretty good but not as good as others I had years ago. Interesting texture for instant rice mixed with instant noodles.

With those sides the best thing to do is to treat it like the hamburger helper dinner box stuff that's why you got to add lots of stuff to it I've always taken chicken rice and added broccoli chicken and cheese and it's a very inexpensive way to make a casserole and it's quick too. The carbonara I had sausage at least to it.
