I'm from Canada next time put your maple syrup in the fridge a little bit beforehand. But... Can you please try a real Canadian treat! Go to raisin canes and get an order of French fries then go to KFC and get an order of gravy. Then Alberts for cheese Kurds .. place your fries as your base then on top of the fries place your cheese Kurds ( cut up if cheese Kurds are too big ) warm up your gravy a lil bit and then pour all over the fries and cheese. I’m from Canada. The maple syrup stick with shave iced is actually done just outside with snow. Which basically being outside allows the snow to stick to the maple syrup. You’re doing inside so it basically melts instantly. I do it lots in my city, it’s fun and so delicious hahha
