@@iliesseelhaouari2731 You really don't need barrier to tilt them. Kled is a counter to any assassin in the game, should be auto won lane = tilting enemy. But if you think so, exhaust will be better than barrier in any point.

you want to poke him down while trying to dodge his q, but also staying out of e range. often times if he es into a q on you and youre out of e range even if the q hits you escape alot of the damage since he cant perma stick to you. also you can tell when w is up because his little weapon shines gold. once that is down try and bait his q and trade with him

Kled is a Yordle. They automatically have lower pickrates than human characters, like monsters. His Passive is also pretty hard for your average top laner to understand, playing as or against. Plus, he has always been a feast or famine character when it comes to KDA, making him fall off like a rock.
