I use the parchment paper like yolanda does. It works way better than anything else for removing cake from the pan. I started doing that because she does it and it really is the best.

@@Evermoremadeit that's true but the pan is metal and it keeps the heat in to fully cook all of the sides of the pan. If you remove then let cool it takes a lot less time. And is a lot more effective when your going to ice.
