Hi mike actually she used alkaline water and when i tried making noodles it worked best with white flour with a rather small grain size i think you guys used brown bread flour anyways i love your vids and hi from mauritius hope all of u are fine and in good health😬

those hands move with such confidence and strength that theres no way to discredit her skill and no way to fake her experience, even if she had a huge tv-show film crew behind her doing post and everything, it'd still be a quality show. thats what we had before youtube, just tv shows with production teams behind a talented individual. youtube just lowers the technical requirements to a couple people, a decent camera and a video editing software
