okay so im chinese so im familiar with most these items, the white fungus is used as medicine to cure people and it's very healthy for you but it tastes HORRIDDD. meat floss is literally just meat pulled apart multiple times till it goes really thin, I usually put it on rice. the dried tofu isn't good for your health but I really like it lol, but people are saying that it's made with dead human oils in china right now. I love the Kobe Wagyu lays too. you also said dalian wrong which is my native place, but it's seaweed basically, really good. if anyone has anymore questions, you can ask.

for yalls information the products Ben bought were all legit brands that you would see in a chinese supermarket and arent dangrous. They taste good for our palates. the cheetos, doritos, lays, and oreos are all real just branded for asian consumers. similarly to shrimp chips and calbee in the US the chicken meat floss is chicken cooked in a traditional way that is used in snacks. grass jelly is a traditional drink that taste really good that is sold in all US asian marts and boba places some have already mentioned but the crispy tofu rolls are boiled as they are eaten with hotpot (you would also see this in american hot pot restruants) the crabs are baby crabs deep fried they are eaten across china, korea, japan, and taiwan. they are a delicacy that are also sold in asian marts in the US the fish gelatin and white fungus is often used in soups similary to mushrooms, in this instance they are a desert meant for good health. SO, these foods arent nasty but no offense to Ben, its just that hes never had these foods and dont understand what they are, similary to how we see americans eating blue cheese and beef tatare

I’m Chinese and it’s pretty funny watching Ben eating the things that I enjoyed growing up. Also that tofu seaweed 3 second thing isn’t a snack. You have to cook it since it’s a hot pot ingredient. You only need to hold it in the hot pot for a few seconds before it’s cooked, hence why 3 seconds was mentioned on the package

As a person who had seen most of these products before irl and is chinese, the oreos arent knock off they are just the chinese version that oreo made to fit more of the chinese people's taste. For the meat floss, i personally do not like it but i know that chinese people like to eat it. The robot cheetos is probably just a partnership with cheetos and the robot they partner with is actually from a famous childrens show in japan/china and its like the transformers. The grass jelly drink is my favorite and i still drink it today, meaning its really good nothing to worry about unless it's spoiled or something.
