I started a challenge to exercise the whole month with her (well more of a get back on track bc I wasn’t consistent during the summer) I love love love grow with jo… the workouts are fun and she has such a fun spirit! This was motivational for me. You had great results congrats & keep going 🙌🏾🙌🏾

I've been doing Jo's exercises for 2 months. I've lost just 2 kg (about 4 pounds) but, although I haven't lost too much weight I can feel a difference. 🙂

So True about your metabolism and not eating! I have been doing about 100 calories and 15grams of protein every 3 hours and a nice lean meat dinner with salad or good veggies and doing grow with jo for 4 months and lost inches as well as weight! Loving it! Keep up the good work! Try a measure tape! It's great! Be well! And thanks for posting!

I also in the midst doing her workout but i do feel lighter 😅n yes i do drink a lot of water then before..so hard to finish 1 litre but since I started this workout I drink more than 3 litre a day😊

I did multiple. What I did was I just made a playlist of all the workouts I saw of hers that I wanted to do and I just added it to my playlist. There were a lot of HIIT workouts.
