Fun fact-- Honey will help treat wounds. That is a very old technique that has been used up to around the time conventional medicine and better treatment techniques came into common use, but, if you happen to have a couple small honey packets in your hiking/ camping pack and for some reason don't have other medical gear (or run out), it works in a pinch. Had noise bleeds daily throughout elementary school my teacher always thought I was faking it... cauterizing for nose bleeds was no longer used when I had this problem. They stopped using it like a year prior... I'm honestly thankful I never had that.. does not sound pleasant

One time at a carnivel I was climbing that rope thing and the carney kept yelling at me and swinging his microphone around and kept trying to get me with it but I kept climbing and got the stuffed animal so he chased me and kept shaking the rope I finally jumped down and ran away only to fall in a puddle with my stuffed animal . So I went back and took more stuffed animals when he wasn't looking because it was dark and the mud comoflauged me so I felt like I was randbo in the jungle it was amazing.

i get nosebleeds all the time and i have heard that burning out the “scab” for the nosebleed really helps it. i don’t want to put fire in my nose so i’m perfectly fine with having nosebleeds 3-5 times a week like i normally do.

I can remember a nose bleed I had when I was in 1st grade that lasted hours. My parents and grandparents were freaking thinking I would need to go to the hospital to get it cauterized. Once they all left the room for a minute, I finally blew my nose real hard like I had been wanting to and dislodged a huge clot from my sinuses. My nosebleed stopped.
