Hey guys,
I tried intuitive eating for a week as it's been something that's been on my mind for a while. I haven't tried putting into practice until now!
This video is my experience of it and what I picked up on the way. I really do feel as though it's changed my life, my mindset around food and the way I see food and it is really so simple. That was in a week or more like (10 days) so can't wait to find out my much better my relationship with food will be in a year.
I do believe everybody's different and we all have different needs but I do think intuitive eating takes us back to our primal needs and in reality is the most straight forward and sensical approach to eating a well-balanced diet. I got a bit over excited in this video so I really hope you can make sense of it. There is so much I still need to learn and this is just the start but I feel like this is the beginning of the end of restricted eating.
