This video documents my experience trying ketamine meditation therapy. As someone who’s had ups and downs with anxiety and depression throughout the years, I was curious to learn more about ketamine therapy and other psychedelic-assisted therapies. Up until now, I had never tried a substance-induced therapy and used natural methods to improve my mental health.
Throughout the past several years, I have started to learn about psychedelic-assisted therapy and its potential as a groundbreaking treatment for mental health conditions. When ketamine therapy came into my awareness, I was curious. After learning more, it became clear that ketamine therapy is something that might help me on my journey with depression and anxiety.
It's important to note that I met with a clinician before this session and was prescribed this ketamine legally. Ketamine therapy is not for everyone and should only be used with medical supervision.
Ketamine has been FDA approved since 1970 as an anesthetic for humans and animals. In 1999 it became a schedule III non-narcotic substance, meaning that it has a “a low to moderate potential for dependence and abuse, and a currently accepted medical use.”
In 2019, the FDA approved the use of ketamine as a medication for depression via a nasal spray called Esketmaine.
Recently, more and more scientific research has been emerging about ketamine therapy and other psychedelic-assisted therapies, including studies from major medical Universities including Johns Hopkins, Yale, and Harvard.
I want to reiterate that this was only my personal experience trying ketamine therapy, and it will look and feel different for everyone, and even though my experience looked a bit strange, I felt such a deep catharsis and it was truly a beautiful, healing experience. but do u suffer from major depressive disorder tho? like are u suffering that much?bc its not for light anxiety its for major issues when other drugs havent worked. so unless u have major issues i dont understand why youre even doing this. have u been on other depression medication that havent worked? i suffer terribly. and this therapy is extremeley expensive, i find this like so many other healer bs, for the elite. ppl. its kind of annoying on so many levels. i hope u realize how lucky u are

Thank you so much for being so open and willing to share..it's amazing to have someone like you out here helping so many of us on our spiritual journeys. I had this same experience with marijuana and sweet red wine. Same thing, noises I had never made before and just seeing creation and creators and questions being answered all the cosmic things and experienced the collective consciousness! It was beautiful and difficult to replicate. It is meant for learning not abusing. Such a beautiful experience and thank you for explaining it all so well, judgement free and safely! ❤️

@@chayarubin7991 I am sorry you are struggling with that and I wish you all the best on your personal journey, but I don't think it is fair to project onto others in this way. I would appreciate not making assumptions about my personal mental health journey or anyone else's. This is a very personal thing and I have shared what I am comfortable sharing. I had multiple meetings with a doctor and therapist before this session and was prescribed this ketamine. My personal choice has never been to try medication that is required to be taken daily. I know my body and that is not something that I resonate with. My body rejects most medications. However, ketamine therapy and other psychedelic therapy is more resonate with me because you do not stay tethered to it longterm and can get so much healing from one session alone. I hope this helps answer your question.

More and more scientists are coming to the conclusion that we really do have a chance to learn something from medicine such as DMT, Ketamine, psilocybin, and other plants. Graham Hancock, Randall Carlson, hell even Joe Rogan is talking about how valuable it can be. Discipline is key in my opinion though. Great work. I'm excited about the future when I see these videos, cause let's be honest, people need more awareness :)

I think your struggle with anxiety/depression is your superpower. You have so much empathy. I heard something like the vibrations of the whole world pass through our bodies and highly sensitive people can tune in with that. I also was doing good with my mental health through yoga, meditation, eating healthy, etc. but the last couple of months have been particularly hard.

You are such a light. I have been dealing with Complex Trauma made worse in Menopause. This year I started seeing a Psychiatrist who specializes in treating Trauma. A few months ago he started me on a treatment plan with Microdosing Psylocibin. Now 6 months later I'm still going and can only say it feels safe & that neuroplasticity is real. Each dose is mild and manageable & its spaced out across days. My ability to cope with life in general has improved tremendously.

I think it means that your depression is from the separation of open expression of your energy light body and that your incarnation now is not that far removed from when you used light language and telepathy for communication. It also shows that you’re a clear channel and have advanced abilities in healing and connection with spirit.

This video has helped me so much. I feel like I’m lost in my path and journey and it gets me extremely emotional to where I can’t make decisions or my emotions take over and gets me no where closer to figuring out a plan. It creates anxiety and depression and I know I’m on the path I should be but it’s so hard to believe that I am. Living in the matrix honestly is not easy.. it gets lonely and so hard sometimes to know that we’re doing what we’re supposed to. Thank you for sharing your experiences and doing what you do. I relate to you on a deep spiritual level as we all go through the same things but experience it in different ways. I appreciate you and am so proud of your journey. I reach for mental clarity and shedding everything that no longer serves me, I just want to feel confident in my thoughts. Sometimes I don’t have all the words but I try to express however I can 😭

Perhaps your connection to your expression shall be released through your throat chakra there are ways to open . I just want to mention to you that yes I feel alone in my family and trying to conceive this miracle child growing inside me that I manifested my own fertile body I am grateful for but the matrix reality of materials and the surrounding people the system and trying not to get charges against me has been hard I am in hopes to move to Arizona to find the spiritual connections that I need so I may feel welcomed and to welcome my child . I am grateful for your comment because I am alike we are going through the same expressions of trying to find our selves and I am grateful that you are doing what you can remember to keep reminding your self of the beautiful that you are expanding love from within I know it's been hard to do so for most of us who lose our way of what to do .. for me it's moving having a fresh start with no support but admitting that I've always been alone and survived through so much I hope we all get our ways and admit to our selves how much love we are

This is so great to see. I'm studying psychology and i'm super interested in psychedelic therapy. I went to a conference in September where psychedelic experts, doctors, and researchers came to discuss psychedelic therapy and it was FASCINATING. I did Ayahuasca 3 years ago and it was incredibly insightful. Since then, i haven't had a calling for a psychedelic experiences. But now 2 months ago I kept thinking about psilocybin and doing a truffle ceremony with a certified psychologist (so it's a safe environment). In January I will be doing psilocybin therapy and I cannot wait. I've felt stuck the last 6 months in my healing journey and just using CBT and traditional therapy. I know there's something there for me when it comes to changing patterns and behaviours. Thank you for sharing your experience!

My only experience with ketamine was when I dislocated both of my hip joints and a vertebrae in my spine due to a genetic condition whereby joints easily dislocate (amongst many other symptoms). This was the first time my spine had dislocated, and my hips rarely dislocate simultaneously, so the pain was tremendous. They gave me ketamine to strap me tight to a board, and slide me down my stairs, out of my home and into the ambulance to go to hospital. Everything was chaotic, I was in terrible pain, I was worried about my children who were in the other room with my husband, I was very very stressed out, by the time I was given the ketamine there were around 8 to 10 paramedics and doctors in my tiny bedroom, it was loud, I was scared. The dose was big and all at once, I felt pain but I could no longer remember what pain was, or how it was associated to me. I could not remember who I was, or even what I was. Time was so surreal, so slow and also so fast. I had no choice but to surrender every fibre of my being to the people taking care of me, as the ketamine rushed around my bloodstream. I was entirely terrified and upset, and confused. It was not a pleasant experience, however it served its purpose very well, the purpose of me managing my terrible pain in order to be taken downstairs and out the house and to hospital. I would not ever opt for ketamine like that again, though I’m eternally grateful for it and for everyone’s hard work. I have watched many videos of ketamine infusion therapy, and it seems a world away from my experience of ketamine, being that my experience was lots of ketamine all at once to completely dissociate me, whereas infusion or therapeutic doses seem much gentler, the ability to express something (from a word here and there, to the beautiful light language in this video which I wholly believe in), the ability to take yourself through the therapy and have the chance to feel the changes in your body and mind, as oppose to being slammed with it as I was. I don’t feel the desire to take ketamine therapy, but I am also very intrigued to try it for my depression and anxiety, as well as to be able to truly feel the difference between my emergency ketamine experience. Thank you, as always, for being so open to so many people and so many ideas, for making for videos accessible to all of us despite differing spiritual beliefs. Thank you for your vulnerability in your videos, and your boldness and eagerness to truly give something your all even though you may be sceptical about it. Thank you for never boxing yourself into a corner or into a label, and always being open to having your thoughts and opinions changed or renewed, which in turn allows us all to join you on this wonderful journey via your videos. Thank you for understanding that this thing that we call life can, at times, be fluid and forever changing, rather than linear and flat (for example, once someone has found their spirituality, they will stick to that thought process even if they come across new information that suggests differently or otherwise). Your journey is a blessing to us all. I’m sorry for the long comment, I very very rarely comment on KZbin videos these days because somehow, no matter what we say, people become offended, leading to strangers arguing amongst themselves within my comments, and I’m just not into that. However, your KZbin channel seems such a free and open space, where we can share thoughts and ideas without hatred and anger, and I thank you for that, because you have created this safe space and brought together all these beautiful souls through your content, thereby making the comment section feel safe and loving. So, this is a very long comment, and if you read to the end, you deserve a medal, all you beautiful curious and spiritual souls out there. Sending oodles of peace, love, light, joy and good health to all xxxx

in tounges supposedly the concept is you are praying in their language because your ego doesnt know what it needs but your soul does.. so if you ask what is for you with out demanding what you want and expressing through your soul to source. I love how you talk about integration and doing this in a guided, therapeutic setting and not recreationally. You also have tools that you can use to process the experience and then use it in tandem with all of your other tools that you are building. Most people expect one of these sessions to change everything all at once and get disappointed or they have a good experience and then rely on it to feel that way. Thank you for sharing all of the work that you are doing and how it all fits together. You are having a huge impact through sharing this journey and are such an inspiring woman

The reason why light language or tongues feels comforting is because it allows you to download intense concepts without needing the English vocabulary to help you to define them. It allows for images and concepts to be transmitted with ease and without the conscious brain meddling with the processing system with it's programmed beliefs that may not align with the light language lesson.
@swilllow

And the reason were able to receive "downloads" is because our brain is a radio and we can tune into many different channels, including the person's channel right next to us. This is the basis to why people can understand light language without ever knowing the literal spoken words.

I just had an amazing ketamine session out on my island property here in Alaska...looking out to the sea with the sun shining, laying in an old recliner that was so comfortable...The nature environment was so deepening, I can't imagine not being outside somewhere totally friendly but also so wild and energetic in this way. The energetics of the ego's deep longing to be free...Of Itself! That was the message that came through...and the brain chemistry of this substance does seem to allow this movement towards freedom of ego...i.e also probably why the voice freedom is a way to release volumes of energy! Ultimately the lesson here was to see more clearly that there is no self here...the absence of Me....the key into freedom...

Your voice sounds different in the review part of this video, almost more authentic and less cutesy (you're cute enough without trying, btw) 😁 P.S. I wrote that before hearing the part where you talked about how a big part of the ketamine treatment was with request to healing your voice and dealing with the throat chakra. In other words, the results SPEAK for themselves (no pun intended).

I speak light langage since my illumination 6 years ago. I can say that's one canal and it exits lot lot lot more. I live completely in flow now and yoga, mudra, dance, light langage, paint, play music, meditation all come from it. I never did this before and never learned one from book or annything. Channeling is infinite and come from whitch is not (infinite or shiva) and led to 0 or "the father" or Brahma where all the creation (all numbers which are unique) are together in harmonie because what is passing, ephemeral is not anymore. Hi there. You are great young woman and I like all the "things" you do. I have had problems with depressions nearly my whole life. 19 years ago I once consumed "philosopher stones" (with much respect!) and this really healed me for many years. What you experienced (that evething is connected and "one" especially) I experienced too. It was a very spiritual night to me. I also had made my experiences with other psychedelic (natural mainly) substances.

Interesting video. I remember Mark from Forever Conscious Research Channel also mentioned recently how he did the ketamine therapy and benefited from it. The light language and us being connected by love message&download that you got is very interesting to hear for me as well. I have a bit of a different perspective on those things personally. You mentioned you'd be interested to hear what we'd have to say so I thought I'd mention to you that I've actually done a talk with Mark on his channel before and on Mark's pinned comment below that video, I also shared my free e-book that I believe you'd really find interesting considering my total different perspective on the issues you talk about in your videos. Lastly, Howdie Mickoski's fourth book *Exit the Cave* is also about the same topic as my e-book where I've helped him with the feedback and can confirm it's an excellent book if you'd like to look into it. I'd actually recommend reading his book first before mine since I dive into some deeper topics on mine and having read his book first would I believe give one a better perspective coming into my e-book. Much love and cheers!

Thank you so much. I used ketamine in 2019 for treating ptsd. On my 6th session, I left my body and had the most profound experience in my life. It literally transformed me from an agnostic person who never felt okay in my body, to a spiritual person who felt bliss for months. It brought me so much. I had no tools before, and the experiences in that moment made me start pulling on the threads of this existence. Breathwork, meditation, hypnotism, channeling, sound healing, physical transformation, and on and on. It is not for everyone. But it completely changed my life. I did it again this year, and I had the exact same response: maybe some point in the future I will do this again, but right now ketamine is not something I need. It gave me what people to an entire lifetime without earning : an awakening of myself.

I’ve always found my deepest learning for what brings myself and others happiness is expression (while lack of expression leads to depression). There are so many different forms of it. Expression for activity (particularly using my body, movement), communication (particularly sharing my feelings), creativity (cooking, art) etc. Life seems to be all about forms of expression, plants, animals, the elements, are all ‘forms’ of reality expressing and interacting with itself. Doesn’t matter if it’s a language you’re speaking or not, just beautiful to connect with your body’s urge to express and release. You seem to be achieving it without the need to shape it into a recognised form, which must come from a very raw place of acceptance. Bravo! 😊

Fascinating, thank you so much for sharing this Sky. I met a few people through Matias De Stefanos' event in Egypt in February 2022 that also channeled light language (as does he). One of the people I met became a good friend of mine, she heals people through light language and it sounds exactly like yours, her YT channel is Rainbow Eya if you want to check it out. I saw her heal someone's ankle pain, right in front of my eyes, using light language. Fascinating stuff. I just want to thank you so much for sharing your most vulnerable moment, letting us into your therapy session, you are incredibly courageous. I too have the utmost respect for psychedelics, especially lsd and mushrooms, they have helped on my healing journey and given me a speed boost in my spiritual evolution.
