I would say ur very smart if you connect your keyboard and mouse on the Xbox series s, because the Xbox’s power is equally to a rtx 4090, because of it can run epic high settings at 120 fps stabled. 2k dollar pcs and laptops can’t even do that. The only thing I’ve noticed is the delay, it’s not noticeable however but if you played on pc you would notice it so id recommend playing a lot to get better, not only does this help you get better, and helps to get used to the delay but it’s not major as well. Many pro players are Xbox kbm players. I’d say in my opinion it’s underrated.

Im genuinely considering buying one of these. I have a pretty mid to low end pc nowadays and i just cant run the game without constant lag and stuttering, even on performance mode. Does it run smooth on console?

If your question is if the Xbox series s is good, my answer is YES. Listen, this has better graphics than a rtx 4090 and the best specs. It runs Fortnite at 120 fps stable and doesn’t have any drops whatsoever. (At epics settings) and a really good gaming pc doesn’t not run epics settings at 120 fps stable, and if your thinking about buying a gaming laptop, don’t because this Xbox doesn’t have a battery and does not need to be charged. So basically you can be playing all day, this is a steal. It’s only 300 dollars too and this is a blessing because gaming pcs at this price range run 30-60 fps. So yes it performs better than a 1,000 dollar gaming pc. Or even more. You have problems of lagging and stuttering, the Xbox stays at 120 fps at endgame and whatever your playing and doesn’t not stutter at all The only downside is the delay. After 30 minutes you’ll get used to it, but it’s basically unnoticeable. It’s actually way less than the ps5’s delay. Trust me it’s very good at you will get used to it and will not have problems at all. My Xbox series s has been on my desk for a year and I’m thinking of replacing my pc for it. I mean, it doesn’t run 1440p at 120 fps and high graphics. Anyway I will update if I switch lol sorry for the big essay I’m just trying to help you.

before you play restart your console so you dont have apps in the background and his delay is like that because his keyboard wired and his keyboard is one of the fastest on the market, if u want delay like that on controller a victrix gambit will do the trick, i may be wrong but im pretty sure it has 8ms of delay (which is really fast) and has paddles too
