Great insight… I’m sure to do my own research, but curious what your take is on homeowner fire insurance rates in Sonoma county recently.

I'm on the valley floor so just have regular insurance. If you are in the city you will be fine. Apart from that it is a bit of a lottery dependant on fireline scores and the various insurance company algorithms. Rates have gone up but I can't think of a deal that didn't happen due to insurance if that gives you an idea and we did 70 last year
