**sigh** I have a warm and fuzzy feeling watching this, very emotional. Claire Saffitz is the reason I started baking. Actually, watching her is how I learned to bake. Her almost scientific rigor and methodical, analytical way of explaining and sharing her thought process, completely won me over. I started baking, bought my tools little by little, my parents gifted me her first cookbook for my birthday. I was devastated when the series came to an end. This channel, however, came at the right time. Now, it's like coming full circle from watching her make Gourmet Doritos in a busy urban kitchen during a global pandemic; with myself laying depressed on my bed, but smiling at a talented, smart, funny, anxious and hardworking woman who became the mastermind behind the best desserts many people that I know have tried. Thank you, Claire. You've made these tough five years much more bearable and joyful. I hope you'll achieve all your goals, I wish you the best of luck. Saludos desde México!! 🪅🇲🇽

I want to see Claire have fun and be as stress free as possible! I don’t need crazy candy recreations. I want her to do things that she will enjoy making. I think she would kill it doing Zebra Cakes or Cosmic Brownies.

Thank you Claire, Vinny, Cal, and the rest of the team for bringing this back to us!

All of the critiques she has are all the reasons I love Drumsticks. The soft, chewy cone especially.

Okay why i do i ADORE this more than the past series. It being done in an actual in-home kitchen makes it seem less intimidating in a way??

I discovered your old series on the page that shall not be named during the pandemic and your videos brought me so much joy. All of my friends would watch them and then we would discuss them all together after. Such fond memories during difficult times. I'm stoked to see this series back and on your own page!

Ngl, I am so excited to see this concept come back. The only reason I watched anything from THAT channel is because I loved watching you try to recreate snack foods and candies in a gourmet fashion, and it brings my heart great joy to see you diving into that again.

Claire!! I am SO excited for this reinvented video series to be back. I think you should attempt to make Canada's famous, Celebration Maple Cream Cookies - there is nothing like them and are a Canadian icon!

Double, no triple YAYs! Never expected Claire to revisit the series that got me hooked. No one can do this like Claire! Enjoyment, nostalgia, and mild torture she endures to always bring a smile to the world.

This series helped me through depression once, it can do it twice
@Jason-TheChad-Muska_circa19957 ай бұрын
You don't need somebody else to get you through depression. You are the only person who is needed. First, stop making excuses for yourself and do an honest inventory of your life and the things that are making you unhappy as well as the things that you do not like about your life or your personality traits and then change them. However, when it comes to the things that you know you cannot change, except them and move on from them. Any amount of energy put towards those things are a complete waste of your time. Our generation is so hyper emotional, So dramatic and so mentally weak. So toughen up and pull yourself up from the bootstraps and go kick life's ass. I believe that you are capable of it. I believe in you. Now it's time for you to believe in yourself and go carpe diem that s***. Or............... You can continue to make excuses for yourself and continue to be unhappy. It is completely under your own control.

YES! I missed you and i think a little structure goes a long way towards appealing to those of us, like me, who are less inclined to actually bake any of this stuff but who love watching you problem solve 'live' in the kitchen! Cant wait to watch!!!

I love that you get to do this on your own terms. Shows mainly when you don't have to pretend to say that naming all the ingredients is your favorite part, the liberation! So happy to have the show format back!

THIS IS SO MUCH BETTER THAN THE LAST. Been loving your content since BA all through your cape cod series but this being back is just the blend we needed. A more relaxed and authentic you doing what we all know and love. So fun and refreshing!

I hope this becomes a regular series on this channel. It’s Claire starting out in her comfort zone, then slowly realizing something simple is actually a challenge. It’s also a BIG middle finger to Conde “Nasty”!

I am so so so so happy to see this come back. I am literally crying and realizing how much you've changed as a person and for the better too. being able to just enjoy the stuff you make as you and harris had a cone last night makes me happy. You are making the food for joy, and not because of a job. That is just a beautiful essence of claire's growth. Thank you for being you Claire.

This made me so happy to see it in my notifications. I found BA through Claire's series on the channel during covid, and I really enjoyed watching them. Then when everything went down with BA, this series was something I really missed. I'm so happy that Claire seams to have worked through some of the residuals of being with BA and leaving (plus probabaly some BTS legal stuff) to now be at a point in her life to want to do this series again, and in a way that she enjoys it and doesn't make her stress out. ❤

I’m so excited you’re doing these again!! Me and my daughter used to love watching Gourmet Makes together. I’m hoping you make peace with the series now that you’re doing it at home and with your own rules. You’re so talented, Claire! We’re rooting for you!
