It just now launched in Mexico and I tried it, it's pretty ok if you take your time and look deeply into the reviews and photos, also the material and actual size of stuff, the extra charge (extra order) happened to me too 'cause they also put in the cart everything you mark as "favorite" but in a different list, so if you don't check them out you'll stay order them

@@Michelle8mybelle I've been a frequent customer of Temu ever since this video (I'm so thankful for Tina for this video because I've seen sponsorships from Temu on other creators but I was unsure if I really want to try it) and I'll agree that it's okay. If you get clothes, they're not that high quality but it's pretty obvious because you're getting based on how much you're paying, so everything being cheap is obviously not high quality. People just love to overreact.

As a lot of other comments have said, TEMU is a really unethical company that greatly contributes to global waste, carbon emissions, and sweat shop labor. I know you need sponsorships to make money off your videos, but it's important to check whether the sponsors represent your values and whether they are going to benefit or harm your viewers. They've been known to scam people and steal designs from small artists as well. This is not meant to hate on you at all, I get that this is your job. We all make mistakes! Still love this fun video, just be careful with fast fashion sponsorships. Love you Tina!

My “bubble tea” order is always half sweet black sugar boba. It’s a huge treat so I do like some sweet. My “everyday” cafe order is a plain cold brew with a sprinkle of cinnamon or a iced green tea with one pump of syrup.

You’re one of my favorite KZbinrs, I love you and your videos, but please look into brands that sponsor you. Crochet can only be made by hand, which is why it’s usually so expensive. If that flower is real crochet, which it looks like, then it likely means someone is being underplayed for their work. I just encourage you to research brands before promoting them on your channel.

note to ppl who wants to try dalgona, milk alternatives may not work as well because they lack the protein and fat in milk that trap air and stabilise the foam. but some best options can be oat, while almond may not be as gud. happy experimenting !

I order my drinks 50% sweet, sometimes up or down though, depending on if the drink I'm ordering is inherently sweet or bitter, the nice barista at my local shop usually recommends a sweetness level for me :)

i get that Temu is not the most ethical company out there but lets be real even after the whole shein controversy I’m sure many of the people complaining against Temu use shein. Another thing is multiple major companies also do the same unethical practices but they just haven’t been called out for it, atp it’s kinda hard to tell which companies are ethical and which are not and the ones that claim that they are fully ethical charge an insane amount for their products. I think it’s time that ‘sustainable’ goods become more affordable because I don’t know who would turn down such a big bargain like the ones on Temu, even knowing it’s not the best place to shop from. at the end of the day there’s more people who care about money then sustainability which is quite sad and it’s time to do something to make this change.

Ok so I get my boba tea at 100% BUT in my defense, my standard order is thai milk tea which is usually served extra sweet to begin with anyway and the boba cuts some of the sweet so you need the full sweetness to make up for it!
