Such a great video! To live a routine or pattern of someone that inspires you makes you feel a bit closer to them, definitely the only way to see what makes them tick, what makes them great. If I was to chose I would like to see John F. Kennedy's routine and Tina Guo's. Very different I know, but I've picked JFK, though I'm not political, it amazes me that being from the UK I know more about American Presidents than British Prime ministers (😅) and he's routine must be fascinating (especially the day time naps). Tina Guo because she's created something different in music by mixing Classical with Metal. I not overly into heavy metal but I listen to a lot of film soundtracks and she's inspired me to be try something different, especially if no one else has done it before. kzbin.info/www/bejne/aH7cemCOgKZsZ68

I read Maya Angelou, I click IMMEDIATELY. I fell in love with Maya in middle school, & 'Letters to my daughter' which my dad bought for me, is one of the books I keep coming back to. I remember drawing a bad portrait of her when I was 15, and crying when I found out she passed. I was an immigrants' daughter in Saudi Arabia, and didn't share many of her experiences. But she struck something within me, nevertheless. As a new Christian, it was inspiring to look back and see how she loved like Our Creator did, and the prayer she said the day her son got into a car crash, and the miracle that followed. Her journey took a whole new meaning for me recently. I'm soo glad you enjoy her works too, Nathaniel.

When I moved to Paris (from London where I live) and you followed a couple years later I thought I'd ask to meet for a coffee (although I drink tea - English upriniging) but decided I'd be an invisible partner instead. But you had to go and big up Maya Angelou and donate money to good black causes and I had no choice but to come out of my shell finally and give you an e-hug. You're a dear unrealised friend and I appreciate you. Hyden. ✨

My husband and I both work from home and it can be so difficult to focus at times and we don't even have children. Working in solitude can be beautiful, especially if you have trouble with distractions. While I can't afford to work in a hotel room every day, the biggest takeaway from her routine for me is to find a quiet place away from others for a period of time. I like how she commented that it was her going to work. For writers, a huge trap is waiting for creativity to hit. I did that and it didn't hit for 10 years. So I think it's great that she treats it like a job- show up regardless of how you feel. It was less about inspiration and more about self-discipline which is something I struggle with. Thank you for sharing this!

I use Notion and have seen many, many videos about how one can use it, and it blows my mind that of all my favorite Internet-Fairy-GodNieces and GodNephews, you would be the one to share the MOST USEFUL Notion implementation (I am usually inspired to be more mindful and insightful by your videos; I look to others for the productivity hacks, but the monthly page for corralling ideas is GOLD, baby.
