Monk mode is something I’ve done in the past that has produced me really great results, and I just felt like it was time for me to really dive deep into self improvement again so I decided to go back into monk mode for 30 days to see if I could produce some results.

Monk mode is a temporary form of MGTOW, by cutting yourself off from the rest of the world for a while you can fine-tune your focus, calibrate your direction and confront yourself. You’ll be acknowledging your weaknesses and then formulating a plan of action to deal with them.
