I Tried Nikola Tesla's (Insane) Daily Routine For a week : Here's What Happened

Nikola Tesla's theory of using alternating current to supply power to American homes is still in use today, but Thomas Edison did his best to try and stop Tesla from succeeding
so i dedicated my whole week to try and learn Mr.Tesla's day and night routine ,where he used to sleep for only 2 hr,but still managed to be super productive.
This video is all about me trying the exact same routine to see ,is it possible to handle this tremendous routine in the present senario by a normal person.
here, after analyzing and decoding ,i tried my level best to present my whole ups and downs in front of you by this medium.
HOPE U PPL LIKE IT.
Thanks for supporting so far❤

as a lot of ppl claiming that Mr.Tesla was following UBERMAN SLEEP CYCLE. so let me clarify this for you that he never mentioned this in his autobiography,so who told you this...Tesla himself?...lol I tried only 2 hr of sleep, coz only this much information is provided by him in his biography, and i dont have any rights to improvise it further. secondly, for all the info provided in this video are directly from wikipedia nd his autobiography, coz i dont believe in spreading rumor for views. I agree a lot of genius including Leonardo da vinci followed the uberman sleep cycle (not sure about this) but tesla never claimed this. conclusion - please tryna rely on sources which are trust worthy rather than watching a random video and claiming their views. link : if you want to research further or intrested in brushing your knowledge about Mr.Tesla. en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nikola_Tesla peace❤

Wikipedia isn’t a reliable source of info since anyone can add information there. Second, Tesla didn’t sleep in one block. He spread his sleeping time throughout the entire day by taking naps. Taking naps throughout the day is what helps one lucid dream and that’s how he and many others found solutions to their work problems. Also You slept from 4 to 6 am which I wouldn’t because that’s one of the best times of the day to meditate and connect with the universal energy. It’s called the witchy hour. I won’t expand on that bc I don’t have time but I recommend you do your own research if you want of course.

Hey there, Tesla operated on another level. He barely ate and when he did it was mainly fruits and some vegetables. He didn’t eat dead animals or processed foods. Which means he operated on a high vibration. Sort of like fasting everyday. So when you’re living your life like that you’re full of energy and you only need 2 to 4 hours sleep max. Hope this helps.

This is the problem with many of us trying to imitate others. Did Newton ,Einstein or Tesla try to be someone else? No it was their quest for knowledge . They worked on what they loved and loved what they did in the way that best suited them

So the point that you missed here ( and this is only my perspective) is Mr. Tesla was extremely passionate and in love with what he did (Imagine having high fever as a child and still pleading to his father that he wants pursue engineer) When people are that involved with what they love their energy levels are not depleted but rather they build up energy from what they do , Have you ever noticed how you don't realize how fast time flies when you are involved in doing something you just love you forget to eat or sleep. Mr. Tesla's routine was just a by product of his relentless involvement with his love for science and innovation and not the other way around.

such a beautiful answer , time is relative so it's not the same for everyone. One has to be totally immersed in their work . This happens when we are passionate and have a goal. Our body is genius it can handle a lot than we know.

Tesla and Vinci's 2 hours were divided into 6 parts. They both had a nap of 20 minutes 6 times a day which sums up to 2 hours a day. They did it because they wanted to experience hypnagogic state after each time they take a nap which helps one to see things from different vantage point and perceptions. A lots of genius figured that out to boost creativity.

Critique on the sleep, Tesla used a sleep schedule called the "Uberman sleep schedule", a form of polyphasic sleep, he didn't sleep the 2 hours in a day *_at once,_* that would be monophasic sleep. Edit to add: This is something that doesn't have a lot of research behind it because it's simply not compatible with modern society and it's requirements(and even then the transition to it would probably be hellish and take a while longer), but polyphasic sleep in other forms (like simply having a 90 minute nap in the afternoon) does have some amount of studies behind them. I personally tested a form of polyphasic sleep where i slept 4 hours at a time but twice in a day(once between night and morning and again in the afternoon), i felt more energized than normal, but when it came time to sleep it was extremely difficult to resist. Still, not everyone's brains and bodies are the same, there's lots of genes relating to sleep too and our lifestyles affect it as well, i would recommend to everyone to try out different sleep schedules. Ps you've got a nice voice lol.

Tesla was very different man he was very kind he live every moment in his life to fix things in his mind to create something new inventions in his mind constructing it in mind experimenting with it then he make it in physical form.. His Inventions of AC, Radio, X-ray, Bladless turbine, contacting to another planet, experimenting with vibrations, accelerometer, free wireless electricity, death rays, 1st Hydraulic plant at Niagara, his aeroplane-helicopter design which he called Flivver plane, he once transmitted 3lac volts of current through his body, he lit up worlds columbian expositiom at Chicago World fair where he met swami vivekanand where they discussed the cosmic energy, but the experiment at Colorado Spring never succeded because of selfish human nature, he were able to talk with the dead man as he knew the working of universe... There is a lot of things about Tesla which will never end when we will start to explain.. He was Wizard A very enthusiastic person.. Trying in his whole life to make work of human somehow easier so that they can think somehow new things or something productive.. But he never meshed up with nature his all inventions was at such frequency where nature shouldn't be get harmed.. Even when he was experimenting with the radio he was working on some specific frequency..

You poor girl you can do these kind of things with specific disciplines certain meditations yoga Sleep Therapy but to go from six to eight hours of sleep 2 hours of sleep at night is dangerous. Take 6 month or 8 month period . And taper your sleep down you can get to the point where 4 hours of sleep with the right disciplines is really all you need to rest your body and then sometimes through the day maybe take an hour or half hour meditation or nap and you'll be amazed at your efficiency increasing.
