Yeah I was excited about it too. Yet we must not let game developers become lazy and make it mandatory. Frame Gen is there to make our lives better, not to make the lives of "game developers" lazier.

DLSS is best. But AMD is doing very good Not restricting FSR to only latest GPU's and There is another upscaling feature Call RSR which is not limited to game devaloper. RSR will work only with AMD GPU's because it is driver based upscalling. And will Will work with most of games where DLSS or FSR not even Present. Cheers.
