Glad you're upgrading to OA. Can't wait for the type of content you will make! Also wouldn't it be best to keep your leads to yourself since you're sharing them with hundreds of other sellers watching this video thus the listing could potentially get over saturated?

OA can be worth it to send to a prep center if you have high enough margins to make up for it. Personally wholesale is better.

Hey Anthony, at 10:52 you mentioned again that you are tax exempt, is that hard to do when buying online? Or is it because your prep center is in a tax-exempt state?

It was specifically for Walmart. Some online places take it some don’t but Walmart is super easy to set ip

Do you still prefer the dedicated Keepa subscription even with SAS having a built in keep chart?
@AnthonyBodanza
@AnthonyBodanza 3 жыл бұрын
I do, specifically becuase I integrate it with inventorylab/scoutify2 while sourcing RA. SAS doesn't have all the keepa data either, I don't believe, like variations, which is important for some listings. Probably not fully necessary, but I think they have slightly different features that make them both worth it.

Love your content ! Been consuming like crazy! For the ROI for OA is there a specific percentage and dollar amount you are going for at bare minimum? I'm also doing this PT with a FT job, so would like to get the most bang for my buck. TIA
@AnthonyBodanza
@AnthonyBodanza 2 жыл бұрын
For OA, I'm searching for 50% because I like to be conservative as I'm starting off doing something. But Warner does 35%, he just has more capital than me! Doing RA has a good ROI, but more time investment, so depending on if you have more time or more money, OA or RA might be better (time for RA, money for OA)

I have to be honest.. the repricers I've tried don't impress me and they're far too expensive. I found myself second-guessing them far too often for the price paid. Examples include a final price for a used item that's priced higher than the new buybox offer - that should never happen. Prices that jump up and down against the same competitor that hasn't change their price at all, no explanation for that. I wrote my own this weekend and it operates exactly how I feel it should, making the same decisions I do when I analyze a listing. Don't fall for the AI marketing hype. Whether it's actual machine learning or just a marketing angle, it's only justification for a higher monthly fee. It all comes down to the what the competition is right now, what they're priced at right now. It's not a complicated notion. The only catch is the Amazon API doesn't provide quite enough information in regards to live offers but that hasn't been an issue I've been worried about as people tend to cluster their pricing around each other anyway. Best of luck!
@AnthonyBodanza

That's awesome you can write your own!!!
@znelson32

@@SS-zg6of the other thing that’s awful is pricing can be delayed. Amazon says up to 15 minutes but I’ve literally seen 3 hours pass before my pricing updates. Just the other day I had a book priced at $12 because the previous repricer I used was just awful. The one I wrote caught the issue and raised the price to $22. But Amazon didn’t reflect that new price for a solid 3 hours. About 2 minutes before it finally changed from $12 to $22 an order came in at the lower price, and then right after that when the inventory went Inactive the price was updated to $22. Sucks but oh well not a big problem. Now I send pricing every 10 minutes because you never know when Amazon gets around to updating. I’ve even seen half of my prices update while others are 3-hours old. It’s crazy.
@SS-zg6of

@@znelson32 Sounds a bit fishy. Everyone talks repricers, but the reality is they don't perform as advertised.
