Stuttering can occur because of shader compilation on the GPU, driver installations clear the shader cache. forcing you to "remap" your game's shaders.

The Temporary Files Are Useless Files Windows Puts In Your Temp Folders That Do Absolutely Nothing, Deleting them is SO Good for Increasing FPS, I saw you had 6GB Worth of them Trust me, Your FPS WIll 100% Increase By Cleaning The Temp Files.
