The reason you couldn't play the tournament was because it was the second round of the cup, meaning only the ones who qualified from the first round (opens) get to play in the second round to actually win money. also one way to notice that is in the opens round (round 1) you will have a max of 7 games to play, but in round 2 you will only have 3 games. You have to play and qualify from round 1, and then play in round 2 to win actual prize money

instead of using parsec, use sunshine on your host pc and moonlight on the chromebook. as far as i know, parsec connects to your pc through THEIR servers meanwhile moonlight connects you through your OWN servers (sunshine) so, although parsec is better for quality and couch gaming, moonlight is the best for least latency (in my experience)

Hi I have a chrome book too and if you are still struggling with the school blocking a lot of stuff you can press refresh+esc+power button to go in this menu thing and there it will say to put in a sd or USB card but if you just press Ctrl+d it will ask you if you want to reboot the laptop and and then follow the instructions and then it will reboot and then you just have to set it up. Bro I've done that thing and the Chromebook has to be unplugged when pressing the power button for 30 seconds. It sounds weird but it drains all power from the motherboard and bypasses admin block.

Just use Lossless Frame Gen, turn resolution from 1080p to 720p, and use 2 or 3x FG. Its cool. Make sure to play on 30fps for a minute so that you get used to a bit of latency, then when you turn fps to max and use FG, it'll feel like as if FG decreased latency lol. 300fps on my laptop that could only get 170fps feels nice. Im maxing out my refresh rate now
