I tried PIXI COLLAGEN TONIC for 1 week - Experts review of Pixi by Petra tonic

I find it interesting as I got super sensitive skin, couldn’t deal with the glow tonic, stung, yet Vitamin-C, Retinol (which is my favorite), and Collagen was totally fine. I don’t even smell the rose scent with the Retinol and I’m not even fond of roses. The thing is, the molecules of Collagen are too large to be able to penetrate the skin, and Retinol is way stronger, so even though I just got Collagen which is divine, gonna stick to Retinol and Vitamin-C, which I’ve been using for soon 2 years, and my skin has never looked better. I also use these in conjunction with the Retinol & Collagen Serum, a good moisturizer and face mists 2 times a day. Has worked for me and I got normal to combination sensitive skin.

I have sensitive skin so this will be a pass for me but it sounds like it could be ok for others. But truthfully theres so many wonderful toners out there that are hydrating and live up to what people expect so I don't see this product doing very well overall. It's interesting how they keep adding more and more to their line because of their famous glow tonic. Stay safe and take care!

Hey hun im well, i hope you are too.. I just wish it didn't have so many extracts and fragrence in as that excludes so many people who are sensitive to it.. I agree they do seem to just be cashing in on the success of the glow tonic.. I like it enough to keep using the rest of the bottle but unlikely i will repurchase xx

Lol I got super sensitive skin, even allergic to mineral makeup, and I love this one. Glow Tonic was a pass for me. Stung and burnt. My staple is Retinol and Vitamin-C. At least for me they did wonders and work as they should. Every morning and night. The Collagen molecules in general are too big to even be able to penetrate the skin, so even though I Iove it, I’ll stick to Retinol when I finish the bottle. And why is it weird that they add onto the success of a product? That’s normal...I’m glad they did as I didn’t like Glow Tonic.

I will use for hydration cause I dont’t actually like the Milk one. So this is for me! I will use it on days that the Glow tonic is too much for my skin. Perfect! I actually LOVE the extracts in it, for me its a pro! ❤️
