Fun fact: Japanese workers commute by train has special ability where they can sleep exactly the length of their route. meaning they will wake up at their home station. And as you know it's common sight to see people in proper suits completely passed out in public not worrying if someone would steal something, shows how safe it is and at the same time how abnormally long the working hours are. yes, I'm one of them, although I'm not native but it shows it is possible to acquire that ability afterward.

As a perpetually sleepy individual, stumbling upon this video was an unexpected delight. With droopy eyes and a mind half-submerged in the realm of dreams, I reluctantly pressed play, hoping to find solace in the soothing glow of the screen. However, what unfolded before me was far from a lullaby. It was a captivating masterpiece that jolted my drowsy senses awake. The visuals danced with vibrant hues, entwining with a symphony of sound that reverberated through my weary bones. Each frame seemed to whisper secrets that only the awakened could decipher. My drowsiness dissipated, replaced by a surge of energy as I marveled at the intricate details and the seamless fusion of art and technology. This video, amidst my constant battle with sleep, managed to awaken my senses and remind me that there is a world of beauty and inspiration that transcends the confines of fatigue

Maybe you need to get more sleep. Regularly sleeping less than 6-7 hours is literally dangerous. And sleeping only 4 hours leaves your brain running as if it was legally drunk.
@tutacat11 ай бұрын
Some people can't remember if or how many times they wake up during the night, and waking up at a fixed time means every hour later going to sleep is worse, plus you can't fully sleep off lost sleep after that day. There are also things a doctor can help you with to get more sleep (not sleep drugs) and if you are older, or defficient, a doctor may prescribe melatonin (melatonin is not an sleep drug, but an indicator to the sleep areas of the brain).

I miss the crossing America series. It was so good and comforting to know that every day I could come home from school and see a new episode of a great series. Maybe you should make a another one where you cross a different country? Please?

That napping posture is adorable and so goofy looking. Also i love that the free public bench was where he actually napped.

The outfit at the beginning, the McDonald’s trip, and the google maps voice blaring over the audio is so nostalgic of last year, bring the series back❤
