Tried soloing HTT yesterday with my first 8/8 character (rogue). Figured I wasn’t gonna finish it, and was correct only making it about halfway before dipping so I didn’t lose him before even trying to get exaltations lol. I always thought it was like a mid tier difficulty dungeon, so seeing someone infinitely better than me struggle a bit with it put my attempt into perspective lol

It's definitely got a lot going on and unlike most bullet spam fights it tends to overlap multiple RNG attacks at once. Sometimes the way the boss, the cart, turrets and everything line up is just ridiculous but thankfully the individual shots aren't too damaging so it's rarely a "checkmate" when the worst patterns happen. And once you get comfortable with what to expect it starts to feel almost cozy. The one specific thing I'd recommend is to go sloooow. There's no time limit and things never get worse mid-phase, you can take as long as you want to recover and wait for better openings. Part of that is remembering to close all the grates before opening more, there's no reason not to and it removes threats while giving more room to dodge. By the later stages of the fight most of the room will be safe, so while it can be stressful due to all the bullshit on the screen there should always be a safer space somewhere you can retreat to.

Wanted to free up as much inventory space for hp pots for the moonlight village, chose to keep t0 over a higher tier cause mv can drop two different items that work of ability procs and the t0 abilities are much cheaper which is important cause I got limited mana regen
