The interface is the interface of Scratch 1.4, a much older version. Maybe they're okay from a licensing perspective since Scratch is open source and it looks like they removed the Scratch trademarks? I'm not too sure. Hilarious that they stole an older version of Scratch for their app. On the other hand, Scratch 1.4 had some fun template sprites, like the gravity cat.

I wouldn't consider this a full copy because: Most of these copies were made as "mods" for scratch, for example: like snap! (BYOB) was a mod that added some features like making blocks until scratch eventually got that feature. Older versions of Scratch are open source.
