Thank you Sarah for being genuine, and for not generating degrading images of women to get money for your experiment. Many would do it without a blink. I would like to tell you about a cool AI that you can use to generate consistent faces, poses and is very user-friendly (though it has become a bit slow now ever since its popularity increased) Playground AI watch tutorials, you can generate img 2 img, and mask the body, while leaving the face, and enter different prompts, that will give you consistent characters. you can also use control net to control poses, and there is a canvas option that lets you scribble to edit images, and the AI transforms those scribbles into what you described. I'm not a creator or paid to say this, but it was my fav, easiest go to AI, till it recently became slow.. but maybe it'll be different for you. Check it out if you have time.

I think this is amazing. I wonder what would happen if you made several competing ai models. I also wonder if your model maybe wasn't as successful as it might have been because you are a tasteful person. If the model was more classically sultry or enticing instead of just a visually beautiful individual, you may get more of those "simps" wanting to follow her.

Locally installed versions of SDXL will work better with Nvidia based systems (especially later RTX graphics cards) over Radeon based systems on Windows. Though the 2022 XPS's should have fairly recent RTX cards so perhaps there's a configuration that isn't set up correctly and it was using the CPU rather than GPU to generate. Personally I've got a Radeon based system so my images also take 15-20 minutes to generate as SDXL uses my CPU instead, but I've heard people with RTX systems getting results in around 30 seconds depending on the graphics card model. I know you said you're not a programmer, but a quick search for a line of code to add to the launcher should prompt it (no pun intended) to use the GPU if it isn't already, and you might get faster generations. Maybe not to continue pursing this angle but to at least make the SDXL/Fooocus generator faster for any other projects you want to experiment with in future.

I have an rtx 2070 Super and it still takes a long time to generate a single image. Even systems with a 3090 struggle. Photoshop is way faster if you know what you're doing and you can use google colab to generate your face swapped videos.

The graphics card you're using makes a huge difference. For comparison here, I'm running the same settings but with an NVIDIA 3080 TI and I can pump out 4 images on the "Quality" setting in about a minute.

I tried this out for 2 months at the start of the year as well, I found that the 2nd month was when it really gained traction and with doing collabs with other accounts you utilise the Insta algorithm a bit more. I managed to hit 2k followers in about 6 weeks, then I got tired of trying to do posts every day and replying to all the messages. But I also found there were a lot of accounts that had a "model" who looked similar to mine.. lol. So getting a unique looking base and seed from the beginning is important. Prompting, face shape, features, (not symmetrical (0.7)) etc.. Made zero dollars, but I think there is potential there in other avenues without doing NSFW stuff. Even if its just to gain a following and you can promote your own online store or something, use it as a way of lead generation.

The paid stuff is using whatever speedy comps they're using (or cloud services, same diff) in their facilities. If you have a beefy (gaming) machine, you'll see MUCH faster results. I'm using a diff software setup rn but I remember getting maybe ~12 comps in less than 2 minutes when I was using Stable Diffusion

Sarah whilst I do like how much detail you give in your videos on how to create things can we please have some hard reality truths about doing all this? My key takeaway from your video is that SD is more accurate for generating a range of images in different scenes but the trade off is that it takes more time than MJ. Would you say that's what you've experienced?

I love when people run stable diffusion on laptops and complain that it's slow. You need an at least decent GPU and the airflow to a laptop makes them scream. (I've tried and I do have a "gaming laptop" (which is a bit of an oxymoron). :D My desktop has a decent (in no way top of the line) it's a 4070 TI super, but my last card was an RTX 3060 and it still generated pics in under a minute. (What model were you using?) The only one that even takes a bit of time is the SDXL models. Absolutely love SD. I only mention all this because I don't want anyone discouraged at installing and using Stable Diffusion. If you generate 2048 size images they will take a bit of time. But just render smaller. Make sure to save all the data in the settings. When you find a great one. Just put the prompt back in and the seed (which will make your picture again.) Or you can use scaling. :D It's absolutely a gem to allow you to create ANYTHING you could ever want. :D
