"quality"? Nah man, this is an asset flip, through and through, no quality to be seen. If the team had the ability to make a quality game they wouldnt just be copying another game, there would be no need to. Even as far as asset flips go this game didnt even put in the effort to make it LOOK like they didnt just buy all their scripts and models and slap them onto a project haphazardly. The skillset required to buy other peoples work and then patchwork those assets together is completely different from the skillset of actually designing/coding/modeling/animating/etc that is required for actual game development. Even the water physics and weather effects which were complemented as making it more unique compared to its competitor are most certainly purchased rather than created(If not open source!).

One thing I hate about, basically every ARK like game, is making triceratops an early game dino. WHY!? Triceratops irl is massive, and would regularly kill trex as much as the other way around. They should be late game tanks with better defense and health than trex
