I live in a tier 2 city and go to a gym with ₹400 per month membership. I have earlier visited some high end gyms. But what I observed is that in most (not all) high end gyms, I found the privilege class who visit the gym as a sideline and alot of social media people, flexing boys, flexing girls. In my current gym, I have strongly dedicated people with just pure love for fitness. Ngl, gym bros have physique comparable to Bollywood Stars. So like it better here than the earlier one. Again it's just my observation. Doesn't matter where or what your budget is, just hit the gym.

My protein requirement is according to my body weight and fitness goal plus I'm Vegan so some cost variation here and there but you can maintain a good diet in the same amount or even less.

I don't go to gym, it's toxic nowadays. Every time some big guy hogs their equipment and instead of working out for 30-45 mins... I spend 3 hrs. Cuz as soon as I m done, I got to wait for other people to finish their set. Now I bought all equipments and made a terrace gym. It's more productive, as I don't have to waste time going to gym (it's at 2 km distance, nearest one)

Mein apne ghar paas 200 per month wale gym me jata hu, which is not centralized ac, floor ache nhi ha, 2 lights hai bas, lekin most importantly jis chiz ke liye tum itna zyda paisa de rhe ho joki body banane ke liye aur grind karne ke liye wo yaha bhi same hai aur expensive wale me bhi. Commercial gyms in India are very impractical. The majority crowd here values economy. Apna desh franchisee kholne k liye nahi bana hai. Already itna expensive hota hai to eat good nutritious food and to maintain a decent muscular physique. Apne yahan bas har cheez mein americans ki nakal maarne ki aadat ban rakhi hai. Jo business models yahan suit hi nahi karte unpe 2 crore, 3 crore ke setup laga ke pura decade nikaal dete hain sirf lagi hui laagat waapas lene mein. 200-300 ki gym crowd mein kya ghanta revenue waapas la paoge kuch saal mein. Fir aata hai tumhara PT system justify karana. Wo ek alag hi level ka scam hai. "Certification" ke naam pe sab desi certificates chipkaye hote hain jinhe pass karne mein koi efforts nahi lagte. Yahan logon ko abhi ye bhi nahi pata hai ki gold's Gym internationally kahin koi certifications nahi deta tha. Ye sirf concept sirf India mein chalaya gaya tha. ACSM, NASM, ACE ke aage ye jo bhi gumnaam certifications ke naam tum log sunte ho inki dhele bhar ki aukaad nahi. Better hai apne local businesses ko support karo. Ye log contacts acche banne pe aapki help bhi karte hain. Fee ke case mein kai baar flexible rehte hain if you are on good terms. Kisi badi franchisee se na jude hone ki wajah se sab rules and regulations inke apne hote hain kisi badi organisation ki chaplusi nahi karni padti inko aur sabse badi baat corona mein lockdown lag jaye to chup chaap secretly tumhein shutter down kar ke workout bhi karwa denge. Anytime wale nahi kara sakte 😁😁

If you are thinking of going to Gym, go for that gym where there are both Cardio and Strength equipments. Gyms under 1000 per month have no Cardio equipment at all. And Cardio is necessary for your body. Without it, you cannot even walk getting tired. Even Bodybuilders do Cardio as their post workout. So choose wisely.

Bro, 1500-2000 main badhiya Gym aa sakta hai with both Cardio and Strength equipment. Baat rahi trainer ki. Humaare gym main aise koi Personal Training wale chutiyapa nahi karte. 2000 sabke liye aur training bhi bhayankar denge. Mera 2-3 weeks main 10 kg loss hua tha gym main.
