I don't use no co-washes. I luv cleansing my whole head wether it's sulfate r not. The conditioner in the bottle does not do well n my hair, instead uv using that conditioner, I use the intensive mask which is bomb. Make my hair feel like butter.

Beautiful hair!!! I think their best shampoos are the detangling and conditioning ones. I was so surprised to see you mention the sulfur 8, I grew up using that and always had a terrible, scaly scalp condition. When I left home in 1989 and went natural, I stopped using it because of the petroleum and I have never had that scalp condition again. But hey, whatever works, as long as you know what works for you. Great video!

Since I began taking good care of my 4 c natural hair I have managed to grow a very strong, very healthy, very beautiful head of hair. Now I just want more if the same. I stopped using my hair mask because it was for seriously damaged hair. I will simply use the shampoo and conditioner. I usually use a leave in conditioner.

Of the products you tried, I've only used the leave in, I didn't like it either. My sister has type 3 hair, we used it up on her, though she didn't like it much either. Osa have you ever tried their perfect 7 leave in treatment? It’s part of their argan oil line as well and give me so much moisture. I also use it with a heat protectant when I blow dry and love the results. Side note, I have 4c high porosity hair

Now the creme of nature argan shampoo made my hair a little dry i dont really remember because its been so long since that last time i used it but the conditioner that is also a intensive treatment is absolutely wonderful it has protein in it n so does the leave in conditioner has protein as well when my hair was damaged from constantly brushing it helped my hair tremendously i removed i only used the argan leave in conditioner by itself every 3 days because my hair was damaged curls wouldn't curl they were limp within 2 weeks my curls popped came back to life even had elasticity again n was shiny the leave in also detangled my hair so i encourage ppl to try it especially if their hair is damaged my hair is damaged right now n im thinking about using palmer's olive oil shampoo n deep conditioner or creme of nature argan oil line its more likely going to be the creme of nature argan oil line 4 the win😭😭 ps srry 4 the long rant

Hi Osa, how often can a 4C beauty safely blow dry her hair without damaging it? I stopped blow drying years ago due to crown damage from improper blow drying habits/technique. I wash my hair every 3 to 4 days trying to encourage maximum moisture and absorption. Thanks again for the product review. Your hair is beautiful!

so a good rule of thumb is to keep it once a month on med heat with a heat protectant. I probably wear my hair out 6 times a year, the rest of the time i act as if i have dread loc and protective style all the time. I have an excellent blow dry video check that out and never have heat damage again.

I bought this shampoo and conditioner and didnt know it was for 4c hair.. im white and my hair is more of 2a def not anywhere near 4c i been using it for maybe 7 months and just now finding out but it works well for my hair and feels so good and its really healthy i feel sort of embarresed now from buying it at the store because its obviously not for my hair but it works good for me so do i keep using it??

Sulfur-8 is a petroleum based hair and scalp conditioner that she said that she was using in the yellow jar. Sulfur-8 has been around since the early 70 s and is basically used to moisturize an itchy, dry and dandruff-flaking scalp. You can find it in many beauty supply stores and some large chain grocery stores. It is very greasy though, so you might want to test it on your scalp first as it has a strong smell and can make the scalp tingle slightly. It also comes in a light formula which is in a blue jar which might be better since it is not as heavy as the original formula.

I only tried the mask and it was the most disgusting drying product I've ever used. I thought I was gonna rip my hair off becauze of it while in the shower. So disgusting. No idea why it worked on some. Anyway if it isn't working for you then you might have similar hair than mine and Giovanni is the best try it. It's my staple line.
