Keto diets are not sustainable. My sister did just water diet for 72 hours straight for like a week with just 1 day off in a week. There's no way one can function well like that😂😂

I can't o🤣 though i plan to try that water diet, dunno how long ill survive. Diets are not sustainable. Better to just have a healthy lifestyle and choose healthier foods and incorporate exercises. Chances are that I'll gain all that weight back in a week if I dont maintain it with healthy lifestyle

No it didn't but towards the end of the second day I started having abdominal cramps associated with diarrhea. My suspicion is that it's associated with the eggs
