Regi starter! We're so back. Also how did the AI fuck up FEAR? That lvl1 rat probably had focus sash, endeavor, and quick attack. It chooses endeavor first move, you outspeed it and bring it to 1 because of focus sash, endeavor hits and drops you to 1, then it quick attacks for the W.

This specific trainer don't do FEAR. The rattata is just lvl 1 for the "oh shit" moment. There is a FEAR user later on in the game though
