I think these bosses have way more health because you're encouraged to use the prosthetics that they are weak to since they do more damage and cost less. I wonder how much flame vent would do to the ogre

Amazing stuff as always, I'm loving it! Just a friendly reminder, with the rats you can split their hats with the ax prosthetic add-on. It's almost like a shield enemy, and usually results in an instant posture break.

you know you can deflect the ogre's non-grab attack right? would've prolly been a bit faster to posture-break him.

The actual way to defeat the ogre is to go to Hirata estate, get the flame vent, and then keep hitting the ogre with oil and fire. It deals heavy damage to him and also staggers him long enough to get something like 6-7 hits in.

I beat Resurrection a million times and FtsOA doesn't have enough new content for my taste, so I've been eyeing this mod. Might do the noob version because, from what I've seen, the hardcore mode bosses have a few cheap tricks that are straight up unfair.

Make sure to do the black hat badger quest to unlock the third event area, otherwise that'll be locked. And after divine dragon, keep an eye our for a purple idol thats located at the bottom of the staircase just after blazing bull. After that you can get started kn the "real" LMTSR mod.

Jus got to gyobu on this mod but then went to hirata to try to get lady butterfly memory idk if that was smart or not because the purple guys in hirata are crazy.
