@@maisie5556 Yes wavy hair is far easier to curl than straight hair. I have wavy hair and all I have to do is put my hair into a bun for easy body waves. My friend who has very straight hair has a hard time holding onto curls, even with heat. However I will say that while straight hair goes limp and flat after a long time, wavy hair gets poofy and frizzy. There’s pros and cons for each hair type.

Hear me out. I literally put my hair cream in, twist my hair lightly into a clip and head to bed. And literally have perfect waves/curls and it's so beautiful. Please try it. So much less effort!! Just pull your hair back like a pony and twist it until you can pull it up the back of your head, then clip it and the end. 👌👌

I’ve been doing this for years, but I don’t use that thing. What you do, if you don’t have one of those fancy gadgets. Is you twist your hair (think like a Victorian updo😂) into two separate twist braid looking things. And when you get to the end you put them into buns. It’s really easy and it looks pretty while your waiting for your hair to dry and curl.

I do this all the time and it works really well I just leave it over night and it’s not uncomfortable but I use the belt thing on a dressing gown :) Plus my natural hair is extremely straight like not even a single wave

I have straight hair and I just use a simple cotton cloth over my head like she used that product. and it truly works wonders. my hair is SUPER silky and smooth and I don't have a curler or a hair straightening wand, so this really helps. The only con is that the heavy curls look like normal wavy hair after 2 hours. (ik it's not healthy for my hair T_T)

Tried this on my daughters hair, the silk foam rod won’t stay put. As i keep looping the hair around on the right side, hair from the other side started to loosen from the rod. Probably because my daughter’s hair is fine and silky straight. Socks curling hack works better though.

You need to make sure you lock in moisture into your hair if it's frizzy curly. That means using styling products for curly hair while your hair is wet. Use a diffuser on your hair dryer to dry it, or wrap it up in a cotton Tshirt

No damage done… is the biggest lie. Even though it’s heatless, it damages the hair more than heat. You damp hair & pull tight against the band, then sleep in it. The hair is super vulnerable all night as it’s damp.
