I think with the lethality nerf they were kinda aiming to get rid of a lot of ad assassins just taking economy runes and instead take other runes I guess? Cuz obviously first strike with boots and future's market (and treasure hunter) is really popular on Kha, even Pyke players started taking more economy runes recently.
