Bleaching damaged my hair. My hair stylist suggested using Olaplex No. 3 with No. 1 and Olaplex shampoo No. 4. I didn't see any difference in my hair texture. Then I started using K18 and noticed some changes. The best change is using K18 clarifying shampoo with K18. After waiting 4 minutes for K18, I apply the Olaplex mask No. 8. I towel dry my hair and use Living Proof. It feels sticky but goes away after I blow-dry my hair. Living Proof has made the most significant difference in my hair texture. My hair is softer and less frizzy after two uses. I also find less is more when using these products.

I tried this product yesterday for the first time after seeing it on Penn Smith’s channel. Wow! It totally transformed my hair which suddenly became very frizzy. I have used Olaplex 3 and never saw a change. This was so easy to use. All you do is wait ten minutes after using it before you use other products and drying your hair. I bought the large size on Ulta and got the small size free with purchase (until November 19). I highly recommend! Thanks for a great review. Phyllis Heller

I'm enjoying these vids and appreciate the honest reviews and in depth explanation of products. I prefer the white blonde look but not the damage that comes with it plus heat styling lol. What really works for me is the redken extreme strength shampoo and conditioner. My hair was so dry and brittle and now it's very soft and minimal frizz. I tried the redken acidic bonding ones too but found it really dried out my hair. I always go back to the extreme strength. I also recently purchased the kerastase original leave in oil which has worked great my hair is incredibly soft afterwards. It works alot better than the olaplex oil. I thought it was over hyped but decided to try and wasn't disappointed.

I’ve been using Living Proof’s PHD Night Cap Overnight Perfector for the last couple of years! They quietly sunsetted that product in favor of this new bond building one, but the application is the same. I really enjoy using NightCap, I find it gives me shiny bouncy hair that feels thicker to the touch. Now I buy it on resale platforms since LP stopped selling it. I toyed with the idea of getting this new LP bonder product, but I already financially committed to K-18 and didn’t want two extremely expensive hair products in my routine. So I’ll keep buying PHD NightCap as long as I can get it, I can’t say enough positive things about it. Now I’m curious to know how the NightCap ingredients compare to this new LP bonder product.

I can share my experience on this product. I have been using it for a month. I have type 1c thick hair mixed with 2a in some area. My hair’s got partial color all over and most bottom half are bleached processed hair from before. I use about 5 pumps on damped hair once a week, leaving on 4 minutes , blow try with dyson hair wrap. I personally notice my hair stronger and bouncier. I did the hair elasticity test and it def made an improvement pulling not breaking instantly. I can’t tell if it’s shinier because i def took your advance and use the dream coat 😂 what i like about this product is, you can use this after shampoo and conditioning as a leave-in, my hair can still gently brush through tangled hair vs k18 if i don’t use additional product after 4 minutes, it’s harder for me to detangle on its own.hopefully my hairstylist will be able to tell me if my hair has gotten better to confirm.

I am wondering if the patent pending technology lockdown on info is what they have going on with Aveda Botanical repair. They are so so vague I cannot find a single thing in my research thus far explaining how this actually works. Have you looked into this or do you use/ review Aveda products? So curious about that.

Can you do protein free masks that are hydrating and nourishing. I'm struggling with balancing the protein based masks and breaks my hair badly.

Any product that says moisturizing in it will help.

@@havegrace9111 thank you! Those products don't have much protein?

Hi Abbey, how long has the Living Proof bottle lasted please? 4 pumps, once a week. Is it finished after 2 months? Thank you x

Thank you. I’ve just brought the living proof & tried it for the first time. I also brought K18 a few months ago as recommended by you thank you Abby I love and watch all your videos. My question is now, shall I use K18 every single wash or every few weeks ? Plus, do I use this living proof after every wash or just once a week? Helen 🇬🇧 👋🏻 x

Sorry if this is a lil irrelevant, but would you be willing to try and review "Raspberry Vinegar Hair Treatment" by Korean brand A'PIEU? It's sold on yesstyle and highly rated. I'm curious how it compares to products like L'Oreal lamellar waters and Amika's flash instant shine mask 🧐 Maybe you could try out more popular Asian hair care in general if you're interested, since you liked the elizavecca hair treatment. Thanks for all the thorough reviews!

Hey , I've commented before that I love your skincare but find your haircare so relaxing ( don't have much hair) !!! I'm starting Tretinoin tomorrow bc of you and patch test is fine so start 2mo . 🙌👏😘♥️😊🇬🇧🌈

Heyy I just re-watched this video because I needed a refresher on how to use this…thank you! When do you incorporate a hair mask if you are still using k18 & living proof? Is a hair mask overkill to do as well?
